Using the site
PDFbees offers PDF tools that run in your browser wherever a browser can do the work. The tools available today need no account and no sign-up. By using the site you accept the rules on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What you may do
You may use the tools for private and for commercial work. You may keep and share the files you produce. You do not need to credit PDFbees, although it is welcome.
What you may not do
Do not use the site to process material you have no right to process. Do not try to break, overload, or work around the limits of the service, and do not use automated systems to send large numbers of requests. Do not use the feedback form to send unlawful or abusive content.
Your files are your responsibility
A tool that runs in your browser never sends us your document, so we hold no copy of it. For a tool that sends a file to a server, the privacy page says what happens to that file. You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Check the result before you rely on it, especially when a document matters. Converting, compressing, or editing a PDF can change or drop content such as form fields, bookmarks, and digital signatures.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without any warranty. We do not promise that a tool produces a correct or complete result for every document, that the site is always available, or that it is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from using the site, including lost data, lost profit, or a decision made on the basis of a converted document. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, the feedback form is delivered by Resend, and visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible Analytics. Their own terms apply to the parts they operate.
Changes and ending use
The tools may change or be withdrawn at any time. You can stop using the site at any time. Last change: 11 September 2026.
